Evoke helps create integrations and connections across systems, third-party APIs, custom integration, and automate repetitive tasks and document processing with ServiceNow Automation Engine. It includes Integration Hub, Robotic Process Automation Hub, and Document Intelligence.

• Integration Hub: We leveraged spokes, integration steps (REST, SOAP, Script) for one-way or bi-directional integration of multiple applications and endpoints to ensure seamless information flow across systems and applications in less time. Some of the use cases include real-time streaming of data from social media platforms.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA): We achieved end-to-end automation with a combination of UI interactions, element-based automation, and APIs interacting with applications. The RPA components we use include – Attended & Unattended Robots, the RPA Hub (Web Platform to deploy, monitor, manage, measure, and verify compliance), and RPA Desktop Design Studio (a low-code IDE that is used to design or configure robotic automation workflows).
• Document Intelligence: We have extracted data from invoices and other documents with 99% accuracy for our global customers. The types of documents included structured, unstructured, scanned paper documents, JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc. We also include custom steps for data validations.
