  • Performed the Due Diligence on the Requirements / Extensions/Conversions / Migrations / Integrations

Client chose Oracle Fusion EPM & HCM to standardize financial and HR process across the enterprise. EPM & HCM were implemented at Corp as well as 13 Operating Companies throughout the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest and Northeastern United States.

  • Conducted a holistic review of the effort to provide a detailed and realistic timeline-based roadmap
  • Worked closely with SI & client to create prioritized, agile and scalable workflow
  • Created micro teams to focus on specific areas
  • Was accountable for all Data deliverables, and assigned PM to drive accountability at Evoke, as well as client and Si
  • Worked with client OPCOS and Vendors to understand API need, and provided skilled resource to develop Integration
  • Led the SIT/UAT testing throughout the implementation

  • Streamlined the Data Transformation Approach, reducing time per Data cycle from 3 months, to 2 weeks!
  • Created cost efficient data CoE for client. Data was reused for other projects
  • Micro Team concept led to reduced ramp up time and focus/expertise development
  • Allowed client and Si to focus on implantation & solution development, tremendously reducing the burden on both teams
  • Developed complex Oracle/Azure/Data Lake, Python based integration, with several downstream systems, for a specific OPCO. This eliminated the OPCO refusal to adopt HCM, and allowed the project to continue
  • Leveraged expertise to help design and build the multi phased rollout plan across all OPCOS
  • Hands on engagement enabled Evoke to also provide PM support for implementation, training and post rollout lessons learned
