ML Ops is a set of practices that aims to Deploy, Monitor and Maintain machine learning models in production reliably and efficiently. At Evoke, we have done single model / multi model deployment of various machine learning frameworks like Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Kearas, XGBoost etc. for various customers. We have used various deployment & monitoring tools like
AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, MLFLow, Kubeflow, Airflow etc. Evoke MLOps team monitors data drift, model drift, bias drift and feature attribution drift etc. as part of our monitoring process and decides on retraining if necessary. Our MLOps team is conversant in doing monitoring in both On-premise as well as in Cloud environment.

It identifies which model to use, build the model, train the model, validate it and then use it for prediction.
